Privacy Policy:

Using the internet should be a fun and safe experience. At "FlockStockand Barrel.Com" it is our policy to respect and protect the privacy of our customers. We will never willfully disclose customer information to any third party without first receiving that customer's permission. Likewise, we will never sell our customer information database to any other company.
 
Payment Options:
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, e-checks and personal checks.  If mailing a personal check or money order, please allow 5 business days for your check to clear.  Please have your credit card number, expiration date and all "ship to" information ready when completing the order form.  For your protection, all credit card transactions are completed via a secure server. 
 
International Order Payments (orders outside U.S. or U.S. Territories):
International Orders will only be processed when payment is made via PayPal or E-Check, Certified Check.  Credit card orders cannot be processed for international orders.  PayPal orders should be processed to account Dajones2001@aol.com.
 

Damaged Merchandise:
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

 

Manufacture's Defects:
If a product appears to have a manufactures defect, please use our Feedback Form to submit a request to our Return Department or call us at (732) 462-0625 and explain the problem. Do not return Items to us without first calling to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the box.

Cage Defects - Please Note: Any defects or quality issues with cage purchases are the responsibility of the cage manufacturer, not Flock, Stock and Barrel.  Cages are covered under a manufacturer's warranty.  Any noted problems or defects should be brought directly to the manufacturer utilizing the information provided on your warranty card.
 

Merchandise Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed!  You may return any unused or un-opened product (EXCEPT CAGES- see below), for any reason within (7) days of receipt for a full refund.  Refunds will be in the form of payment used for the original purchase or a store credit.  Credit card refunds can only be applied to the same card used to make the original purchase.  Permission for any return merchandise must first be secured from our return department. For questions or requests to return merchandise, please use our Feedback Form and submit it to our Return Department or call us at (732) 462-0625 and explain the problem.  The return of non-defective, non-used/open merchandise after (7) days may also be authorized, however, only a store credit will be issued and it may incur a 10% re-stocking fee. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written on the box.  Shipping charges may not be reimbursed for products returned After the (7) day period.

Returning Cages:                                                                                                                                                                                                                  All cages are shipped directly from the manufacturer and covered by their warranty.  Return of cages must have manufacturer approval.  Return shipping costs may not be reimbursable and re-stocking fee's may be charged by the manufacturer.  Flock, Stock and Barrel will assist in arranging for the return of any cage, however the final decision for authorizing any return and/or additional charges, lies solely with the manufacturer.

Returning Gifts:
If you are returning a gift you will still enjoy the same (7) day return guarantee policy.
We can offer you a store credit or we can refund the credit card used to make the original purchase.  Please understand that we cannot credit a third party charge card or return cash.  If returning a gift, please follow the same instructions noted above in out "Merchandise Return Policy".

 

After a return is authorized by our return department:
1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
2. Write the Return Authorization Number on the box.
3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is made within the (7) day grace period and the merchandise was unused / unopened or if their is an error on our part.


 
Shipping Charges
 
All shipping fees are calculated on a sliding scale based on the total dollar amount of your purchase. We've adopted this system so that it would be easy to understand and be friendly to both our retail and wholesale customers. All shipping fee's will be displayed within your shopping cart upon checkout.  A full schedule of our shipping charges can be viewed by clicking the "Shipping Charges" tab located on our Home Page.  International orders will incur additional shipping and handling fee's.  "Click here" for information regarding international shipping.

Free Shipping on all Cages Shipped Directly from the Manufacturer

All Avian Adventures products are shipped free of additional charge when the product is shipped directly from the manufacturer.  Occasionally, availability from the manufacturer may delay the delivery date for the cage.  Flock, Stock and Barrel maintains a small stock of cages which we will gladly send in lieu of waiting for a direct ship cage.  Nominal shipping charges, however, will be incurred whenever we ship direct from our stock.  This is necessary because we have already paid to have the cages shipped to us.  You will always be notified when this is an option and we will quote you the extra cost associated with this shipping. 

Price Guarantee

We strive to make our pricing the best value on the net.  If you find any product, offered in our virtual store, for a lower price on any other site, simply email us the web address and if the product is identical, we will match the price.  Likewise, your price is guaranteed for a full three days after you make your purchase so you can buy with complete confidence.  (Price guarantee applies only to listed unit cost for the item excluding any shipping/handling charges and taxes.)
